Challenge - Our client had purchased a fairly nondescript house design from a local builder however he is a leader of a worldwide organization and is often traveling. He desired to create a more modern ski in / ski out vacation home and needed a partner to assist with the design and day-to-day issues that arose during construction.

Solution - On behalf of the client, Studiolo provided interior design, exterior design, consultants for engineering and landscaping and project management services for this busy client who traveled regularly throughout the world. We partnered with the client using Google Drive tools to discuss issues, coordinate finishes, furniture and the work of various trades and keep track of budget and purchasing. We successfully completed the project on schedule and the house is now one of the most sought after residences on the short-term rental market in the area.
