KINGSTON NEW ENTRY ADDITION
Challenge - the client owns a beautiful historic home however there was no bathroom on the first floor for guests and the laundry room was located in the basement which is inconvenient for the client. There was also no comfortable entry point at the rear of the house which is where the garage is located.

Before
Solution - remove the existing rear porch which was in disrepair and add a new porch with laundry, powder room and entry from the rear yard. As part of the expansion we gained a roof deck off the top floor which allows the owner’s to sit outside and view the wooden area behind the house which is full of wildlife.
